Menus, service options, imagery, and descriptions on this site are provided for information and planning. Our final launch menu and pricing are still being completed. The selections below represent the direction of Heritage Oak BBQ and may be customized according to event size and service style.

Imagery

Photographs currently shown on this site are labeled as concept imagery and illustrate the style and direction of Heritage Oak BBQ rather than specific past events.

Inquiries are not bookings

Submitting the event inquiry form does not reserve a date or create a contract. It starts a conversation. Availability, menu, service, travel, and pricing are confirmed only in a written proposal and catering agreement.

Pricing

No per-person pricing is published on this site. Availability, preparation details, serving sizes, and pricing are confirmed in your written proposal.

Service availability

Service selections, including onsite oak-fire cooking and staffing, are requests subject to availability, staffing, venue rules, and local fire regulations. Travel and availability are confirmed with each quote.

Food safety and allergies

Tell us about allergies and dietary needs during the inquiry process. Food is prepared in shared equipment and cross-contact cannot be fully eliminated. We will discuss what can reasonably be accommodated before accepting an event.

Payments

Deposit, balance, and cancellation terms are included in the written catering agreement. Do not send payment until you receive and approve an official proposal.

Acceptable use

Do not submit false information, spam, or automated submissions through the forms on this site.

Changes

These terms may be updated as services and operations develop. The current version is always posted on this page.
